Project: Shafted Screw Conveyor for bulk handling dehydration of fruits.

Customer need: Our client is a manufacturer of typical sweets based on fruits and other ingredients, thanks to his 50 years of experience in the field, with the passage of time our client was designing a machine capable of accelerating the process of fruit dehydration , obtaining a final design with a screw conveyor system of large size, chamfered where hot steam would flow, in food grade.

Bega Engineering: We were chosen by our client, for the development of the manufacture of the 60-inch diameter helical conveyor, food grade manufactured with SS-304 material, giving us the opportunity to make recommendations in the pitch of the screw conveyor and central arrow to be used.
