Customer need: Our client, recognized company of the metal-mechanical branch focused on the design and manufacture of industrial machinery, required the manufacture of a spare part, a screw extruder manufactured in stainless steel T-304, the piece required a high precision with minimum tolerances of manufacture.

Bega Engineering: Our engineering department was put in coordination with the engineering department of our client, to determine the dimensions of the piece, and especially setting the tolerances allowed, so it entered the category "Precision auger extruder" for the minimum tolerances required. After tracing the internal manufacturing processes, we proceeded to the manufacture and supply of the piece
