Customer need: Nuestro cliente fabricante reconocido de goma de mascar en Estados Unidos y en México solicitó la fabricación de 4 refacciones para una serie de maquinas de origen italiano, las piezas de fabricación en acero al carbón y acero inoxidable grado alimenticio constaban de una manufactura especial en cuanto a precisión de diámetro exterior, ya que la tolerancia entre la camisa y el extrusor es de 1/32", la precisión del paso de avance y muescas, y sobre todo en las bridas de transmisión de potencia, todo esta manufactura realizada conforme a planos de ingeniería.

Our recognized manufacturer of chewing gum in the United States and Mexico requested the fabrication of 4 spare parts for a machines of Italian origin, the manufacturing parts in carbon steel and food grade stainless steel consisted of a special manufacture in terms of precision of external diameter, since the tolerance between the jacket and the extruder is 1/32 ", the precision of the step of advance and notches, and especially in the flanges of power transmission, all this fabrication are according to engineering drawings.

 

Bega Engineering: The initial proposal consisted of adjusting the engineering drawings according to our manufacturing process of sectional helical, manufacture of power transmission flanges with tolerances of our process, application of continuous welding for being a food grade process and finally a grinding process for guarantee uniformity in the piece.
