Customer need: Our client required a system for handling fine ash dust at 90 degrees Celsius, the equipment would be installed outdoors, exposed to rain, dust. Within their requirements, they requested mechanical components that withstand high temperatures, with a special alkyd coating, in addition to the helicoidal coating of a contribution to increase the life time. 

Bega Engineering: Once the manufacturing specifications have been received, some recommendations have been made to improve the life of the equipment, as well as the integration of mechanical components such as couplings and mechanical seals. The manufacturing was fulfilled with the expectations of the technical customer and in the delivery time

  • Power transmission selected for extreme ambient operations

  • Mechanical couples and seals.

  • Helicoid cover  antiwear coating.

  • Selected materials to avoid deformations produced by the heat of the material to be transported.
